Before you write

How long does a custom order take?

Custom pieces are designed and assembled individually. We'll send a preview for approval before anything is engraved or framed — production time is separate from shipping.

Can I change my engraving after ordering?

Yes, until we send your preview for approval. Reply to your order confirmation with the change and your order number.

Where's my order?

You'll get tracking by email the moment it leaves the studio. If it's been longer than the quoted production time, send us your order number below and we'll check.

Do you do wholesale or shop collaborations?

We do. Pick "Wholesale" as the topic and tell us about your shop or club.
