01DESIGN

Whether it's a 3D mockup of your custom vehicle, or the artwork and engraving behind your shift knob, our team works relentlessly to fulfill our orders and make your build special.

02Assembly

Every order is assembled by hand in our Toronto studio. Every component is fitted, inspected, cleaned, and prepared individually. Nothing is pulled from a shelf and thrown in a box.

03The additions

Your experience matters from beginning to end. From carefully arranged packaging and thoughtful presentation to complimentary gifts with applicable orders, every detail is considered to make your order feel truly special.

04The Guarantee

Our commitment doesn’t end when your order arrives. Eligible products are backed by ALTRE’s two-year guarantee, covering defects in materials and workmanship long after your purchase.
